Magnificent Exhibition at the The Sadberk Hanim Museum: Ancient Artefacts

Sadberk Hanim Museum hosted a great exhibition in Sariyer at the weekend. The exhibition, called ‘Ancient Artefacts’, was prepared by Edukakids students and viewed by members of the Modafen Family as well as the general public.

Our kids started their preparations by selecting one of the many unique artefacts which were on display. Then, they began recreating the chosen work using their own imagination and creativity. The final outcomes was that 55 works from 55 students were prepared and displayed next to the originals at the Sadberk Hanim Museum.

The Modafen Family showed a great interest in our kid’s exhibition. The ‘Ancient Artefact’ exhibition started with a family brunch. After having breakfast with a great view of the Bosphorus, a show of the children’s preparations was viewed on the large screen. Then the exhibition was opened and the children went to view the work. Every detail of the work was carefully considered. Our parents especially liked the information cards that were situated next to the works of the art. Having enjoyed themselves, walking around the ‘ancient artefacts’ exhibition, our parents wrote their thoughts in the guest book and brought this wonderful art trip to an end.
